Spacious apartment in Haidhausen, between Ostbahnhof and Leuchtenbergring, with excellent public transportation access. Getting there from the airport is very easy: 8 stops on the S8, followed by a 10-minute walk. If you arrive at Hauptbahnhof, take the U-Bahn or S-Bahn to Ostbahnhof. From there, buses and trams run to the apartment (1 stop).

The trendy Haidhausen neighborhood has many bars, cafés, and restaurants. The Werksviertel Mitte is a 10-minute walk away. Here you’ll also find bars, cafés, restaurants, event venues, and the Munich Ferris wheel. Supermarkets, bakeries, and a shopping center are all within walking distance. Breakfast isn’t included, but I’d be happy to make coffee for us. If I happen to have a beer in the fridge, we can chat over a beer.

The LGBTQI+ scene is a 25-minute walk away. Marienplatz is also a 25-minute walk away. After a night of drinking, a taxi home costs about 17 €.

I offer a comfortable sofa bed in my bright living room with a west-facing view of a quiet garden. The bed (140x200 cm with a mattress topper for extra comfort) can be left unfolded for the duration of your stay. The living room also features a couch, a dining table, and a large TV. You can access the balcony directly from the living room.

The apartment has a kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, study, and a hallway. The bathroom has a tub with a shower. Two days a week I work from the office (check-in here is only possible after 6:00 PM). At home, I work in the separate study; you can use the living room undisturbed. The apartment does not have a parking space. During Oktoberfest, my place is cheaper than a bed in a shared dorm room at a hostel, where you’d be sharing with strangers.
