Bright and cosy double room located in the Calton Hill area. 10 minutes walk to the gay bars in Edinburgh and plenty of restaurants, supermarkets and bars in the area. Very well connected with the city centre and the main train and bus stations, as well as the tram to the airport. Local attractions like the Palace of Holyrood, Arthur's Seat or the Parliament are 10 minutes away.

The listing is for the double room but you can feel free to use the bathroom, kitchen and living room as well, make yourself comfortable! Breakfast, tea and coffee making facilities are available.

You will share the flat with me, I am out at work during the day and will respect your space and privacy in the evenings if I'm there. Also, happy to chat and give advice and tips from a local.

Check-in and check-out times are flexible depending on the day, please don’t hesitate to ask if you need the times adjusted.

The house was perfect. Private room, bathroom, kitchen, and a separate living room. The location is great. You have a bus stop just down the road with buses that go south, to the old town, and aldo to Portobello beach. On the main road there's a great selection of restaurants and gay bars are at a walking distance. Miguel was super nice. Unfortunately I was there on working days and hence we just briefly met but he helped me with everything. Hope to meet him again!

Miguel is a very nice host and the communication has been easy and fluent from the beginning. We did not see each other very much due to our timetables both being busy, but Miguel contacted me regularly to make sure I was fine and everything was alright. The flat is well located, very easily accessible from the city center and it is pretty spacious. I would recommend it.

Great place ! Great stay. Miguel was very welcoming and extremely friendly which made the experience a positive one!! We were there for only one day so we did not get to see him much. The place was clean, organized and felt safe . I would definitely recommend to stay at Miguel's when visiting Edinburgh.

Had a nice stay. Miguel was away most of the time, so it was as if I had the place to myself. Discovered a nice restaurant called Montrose that was quite nice! Also, Herringbone is a nice place for a late night snack and a cocktail just up the street. Location is pretty central, you just have to get lost once or twice to figure it out. :)

Miguel's apartment was really conveniently located.. a nice quiet area, but only a short walk into the centre... He's also a really nice guy, communication was exceptional.. I'm staying again in a few days, and would recommend him highly !
