The rest of the unit has a full kitchen, a cozy living room with a tv (access to hbo, hulu, amazon, etc.) It is 2 blocks away from Ocean, 1 block from the LA metro stop, and about a 15 minute walk from the gay bar district on Broadway.

Long Beach is a very queer friendly community. There are multiple queer owned businesses on my block alone. The "gayborhood" is a 15 minute walk from my house and the local LGBT center is about another 15 minutes once you get to the gayborhood. Nearby there is a queer owned wellness shop, thai restaurant, a few cafes, and much more. Please free to ask me about anything gay in Long Beach!

I am happy to share my home with you. Please respect that while you are on vacation, I may be working or studying (taking architectural exams now). music and partying in the house if perfectly fine on weekends and during the daytime.
Also I have a cat, Delilah, who loves people. If you are not ok with her being around the public places in the house, please clarify before time so I can have her stay in my room. If you don't she will 100% want to interact with you.
