Cap One is a 4-person apartment in the Cap Esterel vacation residence in Saint Raphaël on the Côte d'Azur. It is located on Place de la Bravade, in the heart of the village and close to all amenities (swimming pools, shops, restaurants, entertainment, etc.).
The apartment comprises a separate bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with shower and separate toilet, a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, and a fully-equipped kitchen and dining area. The 9m2 furnished terrace offers stunning sea views.
Cap One is equipped with air conditioning, washing machine, dishwasher and plenty of storage space, and was completely renovated in October 2024. It also features a private parking space in the residence's covered parking lot.
Nestled between the sea and the mountains in a verdant setting, Cap Esterel is a vacation village that offers all the facilities for a successful vacation: 5 swimming pools - including a wave pool and a heated pool -, a 9-hole golf course, shops, restaurants, entertainment, a circus, group sports classes, etc. Access to the pools is included in your rental.
