Welcome to my freshly renovated one-bedroom Edinburgh tenement flat, featuring new wooden floors, fresh paint throughout and quality John Lewis furnishings. It’s a bright, comfortable space with a cosy double bedroom, modern shower room (no bath), and a fully equipped kitchen with a washing machine, microwave, cooker and air fryer - everything you need for a comfortable short stay.

The bus stop is directly outside the flat, with Waverley Station and Edinburgh’s historic city centre just a 12-minute bus ride away. Portobello Beach is around a 20-minute walk, making it a great base for exploring Edinburgh.

I’m always happy to recommend places to visit and, if I’m around and free, I’m also happy to chat or show guests around.
