A nice apartment in Nice.

I'm trying my best to make it more and more cosy.

The entire apartment has 62 square meter with a 5 square meter of balcony.

A lot of interesting places are closed and you don't need to take a car to go there, just walk.

This is my home that I'm sharing, so I'm doing my best to keep it cleanin daily basis. There is some noise, on the living room when you open the door, you should be careful to close it correctly. the other parts are quite.

There is a supermarket in the ground, you can get anything there.

From my home you don't need a car to visit interesting places in Nice, you only need to walk. The old city, Jean-Medecin, le port, le petit-marais, museum; all of them are less than 10 minutes walking. The beach is around 15 minutes walking. The tramway 1 (Jeand-Medecin station) et 2 (Durandy station) are less than 10 minutes walking.
