Spacious New York City apartment, shared space as it is a one bedroom. Apartment is on third floor and no elevator. Right near the Brooklyn Bridge in the Brooklyn Heights area of New York City. My apartment is very close to several subway stations and so minutes away from Manhattan. A few minutes by subway to gay bars/restaurants in West Village, Chelsea, Hell's Kitchen etc. It is also near numerous local great restaurants, Dumbo, Brooklyn Bridge Park and great shops. It has a large comfortable sectional sofa, bathroom, kitchen, wifi and premium cable 65 inch smart TV. I provide fresh towels and all bathroom products. I live alone, have no pets and do not smoke. I am flexible on sleeping arrangements. Please do not hesitate to contact me with any questions. I want you to have a lot of fun on your stay and will do everything to make sure your visit is very enjoyable.

Raymond is a very gracious host and went out of his way to make my stay comfortable. The place is a gem a couple of minutes to the metro and close to the Brooklyn bridge. Will definitely look forward to staying at Raymond's when I'm back in NY.

I had a very good time at Raymond's place & was welcomed with opened arms. The place was nice & clean exactly as described. Great location just under 3mins walk to the nearest subway. Would definitely stay here again if im visiting nyc a couple days :)

I can only confirm previous reviews, Ray's apartment is in a great location next to Brooklyn Bridge with stunning views and great Subway connections to Manhattan. He makes you feel like at home and is always ready to help or give guidance about the local areas. Communication was excellent from the very beginning until the end.
