I designed this apartment for guests who appreciate a little atmosphere with their comfort — moody lighting, sleek finishes, and textures that make you want to linger a little longer.

You’ll find a plush king bed (perfect for sprawling out solo or not-so-solo), a modern sofa bed, and an 86-inch Smart TV that practically turns the room into a private cinema. The kitchenette has everything you need for breakfast, cocktails, or that late-night snack after the bars. And yes, there’s A/C powerful enough to keep things cool when the night heats up.

The private balcony faces lively Calle Insurgentes, a front-row seat to the rhythm of Zona Romántica — morning coffee watching the city wake up, or an evening drink as the music and lights spill into the street below. Pull down the blackout blinds when you’re ready to hide away, or leave them open and let the energy of PV drift in. Step outside and you’ll be surrounded by local restaurants, cozy cafés, colorful markets, and all the shops you could need — plus, you’re just around the corner from the most popular LGBTQ+ bars and clubs in town. Here, the energy of the neighborhood moves with you, day and night.

Playa Los Muertos and its legendary LGBTQ+ beach clubs are only a short 10-minute walk away, offering easy access to sun, sand, and plenty of fun. And because I believe everyone deserves to enjoy Vallarta, this apartment is pet-friendly — so bring your furry friends along for the adventure!

What you won’t find here? Security guards watching your every move or resort wristbands that kill the vibe. This is a space built for freedom — no judgment, no interruptions, just a place where you can come and go as you please (and bring company, if you please). Guests are always welcome, as long as everyone’s respectful of the neighbors and the energy stays positive.
