A modern house with 2 stories , I have a bedroom upstairs that has own bathroom and balcony that you can enjoy with full privacy ..I live in the downstairs room and I have my own bathroom too.. the kitchen and living room is shared but I work long hours and will be out most of the time. The area is a quiet for a good sleep at night but very close to city where is the night life .

We are 15 mintues walk to the beach , 10 mintues walk to baystreet which full of shops,restaurents and cafes. 4 mintues walk to tram stop and bus stop. Those can take you to the city in 15 minutes.. and to the river and the casino in 5 minutes tram trip.

I had a wonderful time staying at Lawrence's place for 3 weeks. The room is spacious with its own bathroom and balcony, with access to the kitchen downstairs. 10 mins walk to the shops and cafes of Bay Street, 5 mins walk to the 109 tram stop into the CBD. Communication and check-in was very smooth. Highly recommended for a relaxing Melbourne stay near both the city and the beach.

Alex here from Scotland. I had the best experience in Laurences Mr B&B in port Melbourne, the room and bed were fantastic but the whole house is amazing. It's only 10 mins by tram to the city. This was my first time using Mr B&B and will take some beating to come up to the amazing standards.
