A modern house with 2 stories , I have a bedroom upstairs that has own bathroom and balcony that you can enjoy with full privacy ..I live in the downstairs room and I have my own bathroom too.. the kitchen and living room is shared but I work long hours and will be out most of the time.
The area is a quiet for a good sleep at night but very close to city where is the night life .

We are 15 mintues walk to the beach , 10 mintues walk to baystreet which full of shops,restaurents and cafes. 4 mintues walk to tram stop and bus stop. Those can take you to the city in 15 minutes.. and to the river and the casino in 5 minutes tram trip.
