Fr I’d be happy to invite you to stay in my 72 m2 apartment, in my guest room. I’ll be staying in the apartment as well, in my own room. There’s a bathroom with a walk-in shower, a private toilet, a spacious living room with a large bookshelf, a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a magnificent 12 m2 balcony facing east that bathes the entire Baie des Anges—including the Promenade des Anglais, the sea, and the lower part of Nice—in morning light. The view is completely unobstructed, and there are no buildings directly across from it. There is also a 25-meter Olympic-sized swimming pool in the complex, just outside the building. You can either take the bus down or walk 10 minutes to reach the Fabron metro station, located in the middle of the Promenade des Anglais, and from there you can take the tram in any direction throughout Nice to return home. You’ll end up near the Fabron tram station, and if you’re in good shape, you can walk back to the residence in about 20 minutes—though it’s a bit of an uphill climb—or you can take one of the two buses that run every six minutes all the way up to the residence. I’m already looking forward to welcoming you to my home. As for me, I’m a very quiet and reserved person. I also enjoy chatting with others. I speak seven languages fluently and have traveled to and lived in various countries. I’ve been living in France for about eight years now. Getting around is easy: a short walk or bus ride takes you to the Fabron tram stop on the Promenade des Anglais, from where you can quickly reach any part of Nice. Returning home is just as convenient, whether you choose a pleasant walk uphill or a six-minute bus ride.
