Absolutely no of smoking of any kind in the unit. An additional $375 will be charged for remediation if there is evidence of smoking in the unit.
Excessive trash removal and cleaning will incur extra cleaning fees.
Keep noise levels down, especially after 10:00 pm. We expect all guests to respect the privacy and quiet enjoyment of others in the building.
No Parties or events are allowed in the unit.
No more than four individuals in the unit (unless approved by the owner ... additional fees may apply)
Lost key charge is $25.00
Makeup removal wipes are provided. There is a $30 charge if towels are soiled by makeup
