No smoking We appreciate you to remember that you're staying in our second home, not a hotel. Treat the space with respect and if you encounter any issues , let us know and we will do our best to sort it out. - Please no visits specially overnight. If you are considering to take an additional guest please notify and adjust your reservation ******** no curfew but please respect our neighbors and limit your noise after 11 pm. If you are looking at a place to party this is not the place for you. - At check out, please leave the keys inside your room and lock the door. - Check-out should Be no later than 11:00 am On exceptional cases and with prior notice, we can arrange a Late Check out if your apartment is not booked for a new guest. - We want you to feel at home. Help us keep the place as you found it for future guests, If you accidentally break something let us know inmediately so we can coordinate with you on how to replace it. - Housekeeping, fresh towels and linens are included once per stay. I just wanted to write a glowing review of Sejen's studio apartment in Playa del Carmen. It was the perfect location for my long weekend stay at the resort. Sejen and his local representative Juan Pablo could not have been more helpful in organizing and early check-in and even supplying me with a blender for the kitchen to mix my protein shakes. The apartment was immaculate everything was brand new and of high quality down to the large screen 65in TV. The location was excellent just mins on foot away from 5th avenue a pedestrian avenue with lots of shops bars and restaurants. All this for a very reasonable price for a three-night stay. I wanted to sincerely thank Sejen for providing such high-quality accommodation and for all his extra help as well. I am looking forward to my next stay at the apartment.
