No smoking We appreciate you to remember that you're staying in our second home, not a hotel. Treat the space with respect and if you encounter any issues , let us know and we will do our best to sort it out. - Please no visits specially overnight. If you are considering to take an additional guest please notify and adjust your reservation ******** no curfew but please respect our neighbors and limit your noise after 11 pm. If you are looking at a place to party this is not the place for you. - At check out, please leave the keys inside your room and lock the door. - Check-out should Be no later than 11:00 am On exceptional cases and with prior notice, we can arrange a Late Check out if your apartment is not booked for a new guest. - We want you to feel at home. Help us keep the place as you found it for future guests, If you accidentally break something let us know inmediately so we can coordinate with you on how to replace it. - Housekeeping, fresh towels and linens are included once per stay.
