A swimming pool and a saltwater Jacuzzi, set in a pleasant garden, will allow you to sunbathe privately, with a unique view of Nice, the mountains and the Mediterranean Sea.
We love to let our guests enjoy their privacy and tranquillity!
15 minutes from the city center by car.
Alternatively, streetcar line 63 connects the house directly to the city center.
Electric bikes can be hired in the town center.
The house features a free-access saltwater infinity pool with underwater deck.
A jacuzzi completes the wellness facilities.
The living space comprises a living room, dining room and open kitchen.
A modern bathroom with walk-in shower and rain shower is available to guests.
The bedroom is equipped with 2 single beds (90/200), which can be separated or combined into a single king-size bed (180x200).
A private bathroom with toilet completes the travelers' room.

Mattresses (inflatable or other) are provided. Any broken or punctured mattress will be charged €30.
