the room is located in an 'old building in Rome, has a comfortable double bed, a sofa, a desk and a chest of drawers with a rella. with us also lives our dog Raffi. the room e enessa with private bathroom. apartment is located in a multiethnic neighborhood two steps from Roma Termini and many tourist attractions such as Santa Maria Maggiore only 5 min, Colosseum cira 15 min walk. Ps: the city tax of rome is not included in room which is 6€ pp per night.

It is actually the best host and Nico and Sam are very nice and helpful with everything you need ...they showed me the good places where to get pizza , and other Italian food ,,,my great thanks for you Nico the last day you brought me some delicious pizza and say good bye ...that was so nice and I appreciate it so much ...I recommend that place , central and good location of Roma termini ...everything is close just walk and enjoy Roma streets houses trees history and everything no need to take bus or subway ...enjoy that location

My experience was AMAZING, and definitely I will recommended this place to anyone because Sam and Nico are beautiful people ... since I arrived I felt very welcome ... they helped me with everything that I needed and they were attend for details. Thank you guys for make my memory in Rome FANTASTIC . I will come back
