Clothing Optional: Cozy room near beach & Fire Island Ferry

This is a shared space with my partner and I. We also have a dog, so you must be dog-friendly!

We are located in Shirley, Long Island. Beautiful, oceanfront Smith Point Beach and campground is a 5 minute drive (2 mile walk) from our house! There’s also Shirley Beach that’s a short one mile walk away, which is on a bay and has beautiful sunset views.

We are looking to host fellow gays looking for a private place while visiting the East End. Perfect for a weekend or mini getaway. If you like a clothing optional space, we are open to nudity too :)

This listing is for a convertible day bed in our office room. It is a twin that can open into a king size. You'll share the bathroom with us. We may or may not have guests in the guest room on the main floor. If they're not from this app, then clothing optional is upstairs only - or when other guests aren't home :)

The room is equipped with a desk workspace and Apple TV with various streaming apps to use!

In the bathroom, feel free to help yourself to the provided toiletries. We provide towels, soaps, and other bathroom essentials in case you forget anything!

Again, we have a dog. She is a sweetheart, but she can be very energetic and friendly upon arrival. We will keep her out of your space, but you must be completely comfortable with dogs for when you need to move through the common areas.

We have a coffee and tea maker that you are welcome to enjoy during your stay. You can also keep items in our fridge and use the microwave or toaster, but otherwise please no cooking.

We also have a pool that's open from June - September and a hot tub that is open in Spring, Summer and Fall. We close it during the colder months (December - March) If you think you’d like to use it, please let us know when booking. We also have outdoor seating and a fire pit that you’re welcome to use during the warmer months!
