Treat it as your home. I live on the property and operate my cafe on the lower level. The deck off the back is all yours and the yard is considered common.. All I ask is let me know if you want to use it and will keep my pups in the house. Also come in for breakfast Wednesdays thru Saturdays 8am-2pm (cafe hours). Yes included in your rental.
