PLEASE NOTE: As the living room is open to the kitchen, it must be fully vacated at 08:00 in the morning (belongings put away, bed folded) for the conviviality and breakfast of the occupants. Secure underground parking available at an additional cost of €25/night. Classification in private room possible, subject to availability.

The sofa bed in the living room sleeps 2, with a real queen-size 160cm mattress. You have permanent access to the rest of the apartment. Enjoy Nice with the streetcar at the foot of the building and secure underground parking available (extra charge)! I'm present in the apartment in the evenings, so I can answer any questions you may have;

You have a sofa bed with WiFi, air conditioning (AC) and TV with Netflix. You can also set the ideal temperature in the living room.

You'll have permanent access to the common area: - living room/kitchen - shower room - toilet - terrace

All the apartment's facilities are at your disposal, including a washer-dryer and access to the south-facing terrace.
